We use Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper which is a smooth fine art paper made of 100% cotton with an archival lifespan. This paper is characterized for its high-quality and is specially designed for Fine Art applications. There is a choice of 3 finishes, matt, pearl or glossy.

As an alternative, photographs can be printed onto canvass with a further option of being framed onto canvas stretch bars. We only use the highest quality ‘finetex polyester canvass’ which has a bright white matt finish and is slightly textured.

CARD MOUNTS

We only use the highest quality ‘conservation’ mount boards for our card mounts which are acid free, age resistant and 100% bleed and fade resistant to protect works of art and achieve the highest levels of presentation for framing.

Our normal margins when applying mount boards are 40mm for A4, 60mm for A3+ and 100mm for A2 although other size margins can be used (on request). Choice of standard colours are white, grey, black, light blue, mid blue, navy blue, red, green and purple (other colours on request).

We use top quality mouldings supplied by Lion Picture Framing in all colours in wood, bare wood and aluminium.
